Academic Performance Indicators (API) and Proposed Scores Developed by UGC for Adoption of Performance Based Appraisal System(PBAS) for Career Advancement Scheme(CAS). It is Academic Performance Indicator (API) score that indicate the performance of an faculty / researcher in academics and research.
