Abstract :

"Growth with Social Justice" has been the basic objective of the Development Planning in India since independence. Since the beginning of planned development, the Government through Five Years Plans made significant strides in developing rural India.(1) The rural development there is many aspects like social economic and cultural development. About economic development problems, Dr. Girdhari has opined that “Rural Credit” is primarily an agricultural finance and distinguished from processing and marketing of agricultural produce.
