FUNCTIONAL EDUCATION: A TRANSFORMATIVE TOOL FOR WOMEN EMPOWERMENT

Abstract :

Women Empowerment in one of the widely used concept world wide. The term empowerment means just not being economically independent but it is a process whereby a women can also take selfdecision in all the spheres of life. This paper makes an attempt to understand the extent of influence on their personality development when need based training are given to them. Thus the study mainly focuses on the primary source through a survey and the results of the study shows that the training has an positive impact on their lifestyle.
