the most important glaring and growing problems
not only in developing countries but also in the
most advanced countries of the world.(Sharma &
Kumar 1993). It is true with the developing
country like India, it has grater regional disparities
in the sectors of agricultural, economy, industry,
education, social etc. Kolhapur district in South
