Abstract :

Indian English drama has witnessed a remarkable transformation over the years, mirroring the socio-cultural shifts, political developments, and global influences that shape contemporary India. The evolution of this genre has moved beyond traditional narratives to embrace a more experimental and interdisciplinary approach, making Indian English drama a dynamic and evolving art form. One of the most prominent trends in contemporary Indian English drama is the shift in thematic concerns.
