Barve is given briefly
as follows. In this project job-stress, job-involvement and mental-health of police-constables was measured.
For this purpose 100 Male and 100 Female constables were selected for the study. A psychological devices
like occupational stress index, mental health inventory were used for finding the respective levels. The
