Abstract :

We are all living in a society where too many changes about the information and technology takes place. Some people need to learn more and follow ever step of the new modern technology. Some people couldn’t follow in every item of changes because have some obstacle, in the reality, we need to learn more and more about the technology because some item also get involve in our life such as mobile phone, computer, I-pad, internet and so on and so on….. No one deny because we realize that the word and society were change. Technology is having more impact on education today than it has ever had. The cost of powerful of desktop computers has come down to the point where most schools can afford them. The internet had provided many activities and most places, including schools and colleges. Computers and communication technologies are found in more homes every year, children are growing up with technology. In most cases, you simply need to learn the practical uses of new machines today and to develop some idea of what the future may hold. Educational technology is the study and ethical practice of facilitating learning and improving performance by creating, using and managing appropriate technological processes and resources.
