Abstract :

Gender equality is an important issue of human rights and social justice. Women represent half of the resources and half of the potential in all societies. Efforts to promote greater equality between women and men can also contribute to the overall development of human society. The empowerment autonomy and the improvement of women's social, economic and political status are essential for the achievement of sustainable development in all areas of life.
