Bhosale Published By : Laxmi Book Publication Abstract : A series of bistriazole derivatives 4a-i was prepared by the treatment of 1, 3 dibromopropane with sodium azide, sodium carbonate, ascorbic acid and substituted alkynes, respectively. The title compounds bistriazole derivatives shown good yields and high purity. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, and Mass spectroscopy and these molecules were evaluated in vitro for their antibacterial activity and carcinogenicity study.
