state or within the international community. Hence the realisation of human rights
should be the goal of every state. The subject of human rights has been evoking
public interest all over the world. The interest in the subject is not only confined to
the people of upper circle concerned with the affairs of the state. But a large
number of people in various walk of i.e., academics lawyer and social workers
