Electronic communication is not merely an enhancement to business processes but an essential tool, regardless of whether it is a profit making or non-profit making organization. This research will focus on students information via Integrated Learning Environment. In its simple form it is an electronic communication tool but it can also be used as multimedia learning facility for students.
