(where y = 0.0, 0.05, 0.15 & 0.25) have been prepared by standard ceramic technique. The
effects of Al3+ on structural, electrical and magnetic properties are studied. Archimedes’s
method as well as the universal testing machine was used for determining the structural
properties of the samples. Meanwhile the types of phase formed of the produced samples
are investigated using X-ray diffraction. Using XRD data, the lattice parameter was
calculated for all samples. The D.C. Electrical resistivity is found to increase with increase
of aluminum content. Electrical properties of synthesized nanoparticles are studied by AC
conductivity measurement. The dielectric constant ε’ and complex permittivity ε” were
measured at room temperature as a function of the frequency from 20Hz to 1MHz. The
magnetic properties of the produced samples are investigated using vibrating sample
