INTRODUCTION TO BIO-PLASTICS & IT'S PROCESSING

SWAPNIL.S.WAKODE

Published By : Laxmi Book Publication

Abstract :

The paper gives an overview of the bio-plastic technology which is developing significantly, due to the increased environmental concern which is result of use of petroleum based plastics. The need of the biodegradable polymers, the different types of degradable polymers, and the manufacturing process to fabricate those polymers, its degradation phenomenon and testing of composites are discussed in brief.
