Abstract :

This article aims to identifying the factors which have influenced the welfare system in the industry and find out the employee's satisfaction towards welfare measures. On the basis of this study the industries wants to make suggestions to improve the relationship between employers and employees. The study tries to explore whether or not the measures undertaken by the company meet the needs of employees and satisfy the statutory norms.
