Abstract :

Study the specific OD interventions used in CCBF . After OD the total octapace score is more than before OD & the cultural element became more strong as OD been applied.The correlations among various OCTAPACE variables provided strength in relation of the linear relationship of variables of CCBF employees after the OD interventions. As OD been used in CCBF so the inter-relations and dependability became more strong and positive . Thus it can be said that the OD interventions worked positively and fruitfullty to develop CCBF,Suratgarh (Rajasthan) .
