Abstract :

The management of education has two aspect i) Internal Management ii) External Management Internal management covers classroom transaction, curricular aspect of particular course library services, building and other physical and material resources. Human relation's financial transaction etc.External management covers relation with the community, government and other agencies and persons connected with establishment and functioning for the particular institutions. If we take a participation student teacher in Research, consultancy and extention than quality improwe in b.ed colleges.
