Abstract :

Pedagogy is often referred to as the activities of educating, or instructing or teaching, the activities that impart knowledge or skill. The Oxford English dictionary (2002) defines pedagogy as the profession, science or theory of teaching. “Education and Training play an essential role in the preservation, development and continuation of human civilization.”
