frequency and temperature has been calculated in different frequency and temperature range
respectively. The temperature and frequency dependence of the capacitance, permittivity,
dielectric loss and loss tangent have been measured and explained. Polyaniline has been proven
the best conducting polymer in different frequency and temperature range because of its stability.
The conductivity of conductive polymer (PANI) has been explained on the basis of hopping of
