1921to 1937. It was the party organised against the domination of the Brahmins in the
political affairs of the Madras Presidency. It awakened the Dravidians and brought them
united in the political sphere. The party when was in power protected the interests of the
non-Brahmins and all the Dravidian elements. Hence it is apt to call the Justice Party as
the 'Mother of Dravidian Parties' which are mostly formed in the Independent Tamil

and depressed class people. He took the mantleship of Justice Party in 1938 and later
renamed it as Dravidar Kazhgham. Another notable Dravidian personality was
C.N.Annadurai. He adoped E.V.R. as his leader. He was atonce Disrraeli, Churchill,
Edmund Burke and Nehru. He formulated his ideas and sometimes kept notes.
