has been running for previous two hundred and fifty years in Kolhapur district. It has
been prepared in traditional ways. That is the juice of sugar poured in a big deep pan (big
cowdron) has been boiled and made jaggery with the help of labours. The natural things
such as air water. Land are suitable to the production of the jaggery. Jaggery of
