Abstract :

Main objective of the book is to evaluate an impact of tribal development programs implemented by ITDP (Integrated Tribal Development Project). The author is successful in fulfilling the objective with the help of exhaustive case study with in-depth information approach. For the same information was sought through, home visits, structured interview schedules, case studies, focus group discussions, observations, informal discussions with key persons like elderly, tribal representatives and government officials and resourceful persons. Total 28 tribal hamlets were visited and 25 beneficiaries were studied very extensively.
