through simulations. Fidelity is broadly defined as the degree of similarity between the
training situation and operational situation that is simulated, has been approached from
a number of perspectives. There is no in-depth research work undertaken in the area of
ascertaining effectiveness of simulations based training in terms of fidelity, immersion,
and interactivity and communication richness. Further, it is found from available
research work that implicit knowledge measurements are much neglected area of
