of IXth standard from Kamrup district of Assam. Out of 200 students, 100 were randomly
taken from 4 purposively selected schools from Kamrup Metropolitan and the rests 100
from other 4 purposively selected schools from Kamrup Rural. Gender and locality wise
comparisons of environmental knowledge were done by using a self-developed
