Abstract :

In the present paper, an attempt has been made to study the Global trends of Wine production. Wine industry is the largest fruit processing industry in the world. They are produced in many regions of the world, Such as Spain, Italy France, USA, Argentina, Australia, China, Chile, South Africa, Germany Portugal Romania, Brazil, Greece, Hungary, New Zealand, Croatia, Bulgaria and Switzerland.
