Abstract :

In the era of globalisation exchange of thoughts has pivotal significance. As communication technology is advancing the entire world is becoming a global village where there is a need to come together for common interest leading to social development. In this view a team of professors and social scientists of Malardalan University Sweden visited Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University in 2014 to assess the possibility of academic exchange in the field of professional social work. Intensive discussions where took place between the faculty of Social Sciences, University authorities and the team of professors which was on an official visit to India.
