महाराष्ट्रातील अद्योगिक विकास एक अभ्यास

Abstract :

महाराष्ट्राच्या अर्थव्यवस्थेत सेवा क्षेत्रानंतर उद्योग क्षेत्राचा क्रमांक येत¨. २॰॰९-१॰ मध्ये चालू किमतीनुसार उद्योगांचा २८.९ टक्के इतका वाटा निव्वळ राज्य उत्पन्नात ह¨ता, तर सेवा क्षेत्र व कृषि क्षेत्राचा अनुक्रमे ६॰.६ टक्के व १॰.५ टक्के इतका हिस्सा ह¨ता यावरून लक्षात येते की, उद्य¨गाचे महाराष्ट्राच्या अर्थव्यवस्थेत महत्वाचे स्थान आहे. अद्योगिक विकास म्हणजे आर्थिक विकास असे समीरकण असल्याचे मानले जाते. अद्योगिक विकास साध्य करण्यासाठी महाराष्ट्र सरकार व केंद्र सरकारनी विविध अद्योगिक धोरणांचा स्विकार करून त्या द्वारे अद्योगिकीकरणास गती देण्याचे प्रयत्न केलेले आहेत. महाराष्ट्राने अद्योगिकीकरणास विविध पुरक संस्थांची निर्मिती, सामुहीक प्रोत्साहन योजना, पोषक अद्योगिक धोरण इ. द्वारे जाणिवपूर्वक प्रयत्न करून अद्योगिक क्षेत्रात पहिल्या क्रमांकाचे राज्य असे स्थान देशात निर्माण केलेले आहे. वार्षिक उद्योग पाहणीच्या निष्कर्षावरून वर्ष 2012-13 मध्ये भारतातील एकूण नोदणीकृत उद्योगांमध्ये महाराष्ट्राचा वाटा 13.03 टक्के, स्थिर भांडवलातील वाटा 15.82 टक्के तर निव्वळ मुल्यवृध्दीतील वाटा 20.98 टक्के इतका होता. या अद्योगिक विकासाच्या विविध निर्देशकांनुसार महाराष्ट्र राज्य अद्योगिक विकासात देशात अग्रेसर असल्याचे स्पष्ट होते.
