Abstract :

stable, healthy, and resilient physicians are better equipped for the emotionally and physically demanding tasks of providing care, comfort and hope to patients. Notably, doctors who are proactive about their health more regularly discuss health promotion with patients. We posit that good mental health is necessary for the development and maintenance of those gratifying qualities of medical professionalism. Doctors’ well-being, as the precursor to physician well-being, represents a critical aspect of medical training. In health care; there is little empirical evidence about provider evidences on job attitudes and psychological wellbeing.
