Abstract :

MSRTC serves the role of lifeline across the state of Maharashtra. Over past 65 years of its existence, it has proved to be a dependable mode of transportation in every niche and corner of the state. It is providing services in most of the rural areas of the state. The network of MSRTC in the Kolhapur division is spread all over the district and it is much helpful to the passengers in rural areas. But the services provided by them are not up to the mark. Except continuous services other services are not reliable as per the passengers' view , while in tangible all the facilities provided by the MSRTC are need to be improvement. Hence, the authorities of MSRTC should take some lead to improve these kinds of facilities to attract more and more passengers towards them in this competition era.
