thinkers, writers and artists have presented this problem through their writings and arts. A series of
writers have tried to deal this problem seriously in their literary works, for example, Khushwant Singh's
'T rain to Pakistan' and Chaman Nahal's, 'Azadi' and so on. The novel 'Blowback' (2010), by Mukul Deva
is a striking novel in this context. Therefore, it is intended to analyze this novel in this perspective. The
paper gives detailed analysis of terrorist's ideology , its origin, its sources and its horrible effects on Indian
