Abstract :

The comparative study of chlorophyll, carotenoids, and carbohydrate content have been investigated in healthy and affected leaves of S.cumini is a economically, medicinally important plant. Comparative account of chlorophyll in healthy leaves showed higher level than affected leaves (range mg/g fresh/wt.); carotenoids are showed higher level in affected leaves than healthy leaves, carbohydrate showed higher level in healthy leaves than affected leaves.
