Abstract :

The implication of the use of information technology (IT) in human resource (HR) practices has revolutionized the working environment of contemporary organizations. The perception of the employees towards the implementation of IT in HR functions in IT companies in Nagpur City, Maharashtra, India, is the topic of the paper.
