Abstract :

Athithi devo bhavha” (Guest is God) has been one of the central tenets of Indian culture since times immemorial. Ameliorate the moment, hospitality sector (which includes tourism also) is one of the fastest growing sectors in India and grew at the rate of 8 per cent between 2007 and 2016.
