Abstract :

Silence is frequently misunderstood in the classroom as disengagement or lack of participation. Yet, in contemporary scholarship, silence emerges as a significant pedagogical tool and a core part of the hidden curriculum that deeply influences cognitive, emotional, social, and cultural learning.
