Abstract :

Physical fitness plays a pivotal role in modern cricket, where high-intensity movements, endurance, agility, and strength are critical for optimal performance. The dynamic nature of the game, combining sprinting, throwing, batting, bowling, and fielding, places significant physical demands on players.
