Abstract :

Nalidixic acid, a first-generation quinolone antibiotic, has served as a valuable scaffold in the development of antimicrobial agents. This study focuses on the design, synthesis, and biological evaluation of novel derivatives of nalidixic acid to enhance its pharmacological efficacy.
