Abstract :

Yoga is a popular form of training for athletes, enhancing physical and mental well-being. This study examines the impact of yoga on three key aspects of athletic performance: flexibility, balance, and recovery. Flexibility prevents injuries and improves movement efficiency. Regular practice enhances joint mobility through muscle elasticity and neuromuscular coordination.
