Abstract :

Water polo makes absolutely essential enjoyed physical capacities from athletes. It graceful anaerobic power, strength and agility along with aerobic endurance. The HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is one of the most efficient training methods resulting in improvement of these parameters.
