Sandeep, Dr. Sewa Singh Dahiya By : Laxmi Book Publication Abstract : -Governance has become a powerful tool for improving government services and enhancing citizen involvement in India. However, its effective implementation faces several challenges, which are complex and stem from environmental, social, economic, and technical factors.
