Abstract :

India has the second largest concentration of tribal population in the world next to Africa. They lived for thousands of years in forests and hills without any type of contacts with centers of civilization. A society can be called a just society, when are all equal before law, and all are provided equal opportunities for participation in the process of governance and socio-economic development of society.
