Abstract :

The hospitality industry in India is growing, and hotels are becoming increasingly popular. Five star hotel is completely different from regular hotels so that is crucial to an elaborative study on the same. Marketing strategy is one of the most influential concepts in the hospitality industry, especially considering personal selling to declaring its relevance as a topic of research. This research study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the personal selling strategy in 5-star.
