Abstract :

Context: Academic stress is the most predominant, untreated reason for academic failure in schools. Stress management programs in schools are hardly ever offered, despite the fact that it has been shown that lowering stress considerably enhances the performance of students with learning disabilities including spelling, reading, math, and handwriting.
