Abstract :

The aim of the present study is to investigate the relationship between occupational stress and work-family conflict among UP police personnel and gender differences feeling the extra pressure during their official duties. Occupational stress can be defined as the physiological and emotional responses that occur when workers perceive an imbalance between their work demands and their capability and resources to meet these demands.
