Abstract :

This research paper examines the development of emotional intelligence (EI) in high school students and its implications for their social interactions. Emotional intelligence, defined as the ability to recognize, understand, manage, and utilize emotions effectively, is increasingly acknowledged as a vital skill for personal and social success.
