APPLICATION OF SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPY: A REVIEW

Nerle Umadevi V., -

By : Laxmi Book Publication

Abstract :

Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) is used to determine the morphological structure of a material or the oxidation process of a material. This paper reviews the morphology of zirconium in order to obtain accurate and detailed information as necessary to support the analysis of corrosion resistance of a material or zirconium material due to high temperature in the oxidation process using various methods in SEM analysis.
