Abstract :

It is easy to see that the purpose of life is joy and happiness, but how to achieve happiness right now requires specific cultivation methods. Empathic Joy and Equanimity in the doctrine of Buddhism are considered good and effective remedies to help people achieve happiness and wellbeing.
