COMPARATIVE ASSESSMENT OF OVERALL SATISFACTION OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE BANK CUSTOMERS ON E-BANKING

Abstract :

Present study attempt to determine how clients perceive electronic banking services at a few public and private sector banks in Nagpur city. A survey methodology was use to collect data from public and private bank customers. 250 customers from public bank and 250 customers from private sector bank were selected in the research.
