Abstract :

Physical activities have so many widely recognized merits and advantages, some of these are as follows:-if performed on a daily basis, moderate to vigorous intensity level of physical activity can help in strengthening our heart muscles. The ability of our heart to pump blood to the lungs and all over the body improves. Also the oxygen level in our blood rises up because of more flow of blood to our muscles.
