A FACTOR ANALYTIC STUDY OF THE MEASURES OF WORK-FAMILY RELATIONSHIP

Abstract :

Three of the measures were factor analyzed. Their factor structures have been presented, followed by their descriptive statistics. In order to examine the overlaps among the factors, correlations among factors and other variables were computed.
