CONSTRUCTION OF TEACHERS’ PERSONAL COMMITMENT SCALE: VALIDITY AND RELIABILITY ANALYSIS

Abstract :

The objective of this study is to develop a reliable and valid scale that measures teachers’ personal commitment. The respondents of the study are 500 schoolteachers from the city of Bangalore. The data was subjected to various statistical procedures to establish reliability and validity of the scale.
