Abstract :

Yoga is also a sport in Physical Education. Nowadays, Yoga has become very popular throughout the world. The present age can be said the age of stress, tension and anxiety. So, most of the persons have not been living a happy and fruitful life. Yoga, an Indian word that means joining or uniting the mind with body and soul, is a natural and healthy way to keep fit. It helps us to relax our body by calming our minds and gives strength to the whole being.
